Mudzingwa always called me back immediately if he was not available. The processor was the same way. We also had a question on one of the documents while we were at the closing table and the closer sent an email which was with the answer within 2 minutes and he said that has never happed before that he had an answer so quick.

Everything was ready to go when needed. Our initial situation was a little complex and the process to closing became complicated, but I always felt I could trust Mud to make sure everything was taken care of.
