Mudzingwa was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Even if the call, text or email was sun the evenings or weekend, he would reply when I wasn’t expecting him to. Good communication. Nothing sat for very long. The last closing we had took over 60 days and we had to pay extra to keep our original points. This one took a little less than a week and I'm the one who held it up by not getting info back right away!

The care and commitment Mud demonstrates to ensure we were well taken care of. He makes you feel valued as a customer. The mortgage process overall can be confusing at times but his recognition and willingness to explain things so you are comfortable is very admirable. He keeps you updated throughout the process and ensures you do not miss reading and/or signing documents in a timely manner. It has been both a blessing and joy to get to know and too work with him!
